--This is a private lower unit within a lovingly restored duplex. Guests in the upstairs unit may occasionally share the outdoor space, including the backyard with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxed evenings.
--Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, ensuring a peaceful environment for all.
--Maximum of 6 guests. For larger groups, explore our other listings, “Game On Getaway” or “House Wins,” accommodating up to 16 guests.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
